Rain, rain, rain..

We’ve had really warm days for two weeks… and now we’re going to pay!! It’s raining cats and dogs and has been like that for the most part since yesterday, even the day before.

It’s not warm out either. I had to plug in a heater in the living room. If it had been warmer I could have found a tiny dry spot underneath the soaked canopy, but forget that..

Instead I tidy up a little (we must be fenomenal at cluttering every room we use..), vacuum, do laundry, dig out the stuff we’re going to bring tomorrow when we go for a little overnight stay at my sister’s. Bill is coming home, so he will stay with the dog while Carly and I stay at my sister’s for a night. We are going to IKEA om Friday to see if Carly can find a desk for her room. Myself, I’m going to try and get the yarn I bought for GAAA- and that was all wrong- swapped at the store in Drammen on our way home. If I get that done there’s no excuse for not starting it… Hmmm

This is by the way a new vase I bought the other day. I got tons of roses in my garden, but I don’t have very many vases. Here is a shot of the poor roses hanging their heads in the rain this afternoon:

I journaled for about an hour this morning, and after some grocery shopping I spread out three different pages I had started and continued a little. It’s drying now:
