Cooking galore.

Some crushed tomatoes and garlic, onion, red wine, celery,carrot, broth and ground beef. Cook for hours while adding broth:  Italian spaghettisauce. Freezes well. Serve with pasta, garlic bread and a caesar salad for example.

 

Some celery root, leeks, carrots, meat and broth, cook to freeze. When thawed add potatoes, cook some more and you have a great vegetable and meat soup.
