Varmt øyeblikk

Bill hadde med sjasmin te fra Kina. Når man heller på varmt vann, åpner tebladene seg og sjasminblomsten åpner seg. Teen er velsmakende og mild. Vi har et varmt sjasmin – øyeblikk..

Bill brought jasmine tea home from China. When you pour hot water on it the tea leaves open and the jasmine flower opens up. It tastes sweet and mild. We are having a jasmine moment…

    I love those! I bought a sort of kit that had a supposedly special teapot and a big bag of the tea “flowers” in sealed packets. From that, I learned that jasmine tea should be brewed with hot water, but not boiling hot. No wonder it always turned out bitter before.
